As a few of you know, I've battled digested problems for 10+ years now, however, last year I really burned myself out with overwork juggling a doctorate, my business, etc. and developed some new stomach issues. Over the summer, I dropped to my lowest weight (from what was going on with my stomach) to 159 pounds... which terrified me. That was the lowest weight I've been in about 5 years. Once my stomach started to heal, and I could eat more again, I began cultivating 3 new habits to gain about 12 pounds and get back into the low 170s, which is a healthier weight for me at 6' 2."
