Learn How Muscle Memory Will Get You In Shape
Learn Something New And Get Into The Best Shape Of Your Life: http://ift.tt/2HRyFLF Hey guy, it's Thomas DeLauer, and I'm giving you some knowledge today about the neuropathways that connect your brain, to your muscles. 0:16 Muscle memory refers to when a movement is repeated until it no longer requires conscious effort to perform. Now, I'm also the creator of Science Based Six Pack, which you can check out here: http://ift.tt/2HRyFLF 0:39 When you learn something new, your brain is actually creating neural pathways, which are a series of connected neurons sending signals from one area of the brain to another. So a learning curve is the struggle and the actual forcing of your body to adapt to a new movement. That why it takes a while to actually get good at something. Muscle memory takes time. Your body does not have the streamline effect to do it right out the gate. However, once that muscle memory is achieved, muscle memory lasts forever. However, muscle memory is in the brain, and once we understand how the brain works, it allows us to get better at certain things, such as movements, lifts, cardio, improving your diet, etc. 2:38 Neural connectivity refers to the pathways that connect the neurons in the brain to the nervous system. So, you can get very, very motivated to get these movements under your belt, learn new things at the gym, and it's going to stick! Listen, this is a motivational piece to encourage you to get up and start doing new things...learn something new, step outside of your comfort zone, because you're going to learn something that going to stick with you for the rest of your life. As always, keep it locked in here on SixPackAbs.com, and I will see you in the next video! And, don't forget - "LIKE" "SHARE" & "SUBSCRIBE to SixPackAbs.com -- Thomas P.S.
