With only about $100 left, Stallone turned down a $360,000 offer because studios refused to let him star in his own movie. He even sold his dog Butkus for $40 just to survive. Rocky went on to win three Academy Awards, launch his career, and help him buy his dog back. The lesson is clear: believe in yourself, work through rejection, and keep moving forward even when life hits hard. ✎ The video also explores the journey of Jim Carrey, who grew up poor, lived in a van, dropped out of school at 15, and worked as a janitor to help his family. He bombed his first stand-up set and was rejected by Hollywood again and again, including multiple failed auditions for Saturday Night Live. Jim kept going, landed on In Living Color, and then starred in Ace Ventura, The Mask, and Dumb and Dumber. Years earlier, he wrote himself a $10 million check, and in 1995, he earned exactly that for Dumb and Dumber, proving the power of belief, persistence, and daily effort. ✎ Finally, we look at Walt Disney, who was fired for lacking creativity, went bankrupt with his first company, lost the rights to his early characters, and was rejected more than 300 times trying to fund Disneyland. With just $40, he moved to Hollywood, created Mickey Mouse, risked everything on Snow White, and pushed through massive setbacks to build Disneyland and a global entertainment empire. His story shows that rejection is part of the process, failure is a teacher, and success belongs to those who refuse to quit and keep believing in their vision. ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • What’s One Thing Every Entrepreneur Should Focus on in the Early Stage of Building Their Business? - https://youtu.be/Hi1nVIiavXY • Why You Can’t Go Forward Until You Admit Where You Are - https://youtu.be/APBVCRPTJPo • Rejected, Broke, and Ignored - How Ralph Lauren Built a Fashion Empire - https://youtu.be/yMcsO9hBW5Y ⚑ SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL ⚑ If you want to do great things you need to have a great environment.
