Many people think they are born without confidence, but it is actually a muscle that you build by doing hard things. Even if you start as a shy person who hates being on camera, you can record hundreds of videos to gain the skills you need to succeed. ✎ To grow your confidence, you must start with small wins and celebrate them to teach your brain that you can succeed. Failure is not a bad thing; it is just a data point that helps you learn what to do differently next time.
