His father Michael faced discrimination as a Jewish mathematician in the Soviet Union, so the family moved to America as refugees when Sergey was six years old. Sergey struggled at first with the English language and was teased in school, but he excelled in math and eventually studied computer science at Stanford University. There, he met Larry Page, and together they built the search engine Google in a garage owned by Susan Wojcicki. Even though they almost sold Google to Excite early on, they grew it into a global tech giant. Sergey went on to step down to study physics, but he returned to the Google office to help lead its brand new Gemini artificial intelligence project. ✎ Warren Buffett is one of the richest men in the world, but he still practices extreme frugality every single day. On his five minute drive to work at Berkshire Hathaway in Omaha, Nebraska, he stops at a McDonald's drive thru to buy breakfast. His wife puts exact change in a cup in his car based on how the stock market is doing that morning. If the market is down, he buys two sausage patties for $2.61. On average days, he gets a sausage egg and cheese biscuit for $2.95, and on good days, he splurges on a bacon egg and cheese biscuit for $3.17. Even though McDonald's gave him a special gold card for free food for life, he chooses to pay with cash to protect his mind and stay grounded in the value of money. ✎ These two success stories show how daily habits, hard choices, and staying consistent can change your life. Sergey Brin turned his family's difficult move from Russia into an opportunity to build a tech empire, while Warren Buffett uses a simple breakfast routine to stop decision fatigue and stay sharp for big decisions. Bill Gates also has a McDonald's gold card, but Warren Buffett shows that real success comes from respecting every dollar and protecting your mental energy. By automating small choices and turning hard situations into motivation, anyone can stay focused on their long term goals and build a lasting business. ★ BOOKS ★ • Momentum: https://amzn.to/3kJZIAv • Build to Serve: https://amzn.to/3XZiCSg • Your One Word: https://amzn.to/3R9qVII • The Top 10 Rules for Success: https://amzn.to/3JcNZVe • 254 Confidence: https://amzn.to/3jdh9c2 ★ RECOMMENDED VIDEOS FOR YOU ★ If you liked this video, you'll love these ones: • The Top 1% Mindset Behind The First $5 Trillion Company | Jensen Huang (Nvidia) - https://youtu.be/4YUEWqAtOD8 • From Construction Worker to World Cup Hero at 40 | Vozinha - https://youtu.be/HH3knoLAvjc • How EXO (엑소) Survived 3 Lawsuits and Became K-Pop Legends - https://youtu.be/rWoF_k9M1N4 ⚑ SUBSCRIBE TO MY CHANNEL ⚑ If you want to do great things you need to have a great environment.
